I'm always amazed when I see the Great Salt Lake glowing beneath the evening sky. I sometimes forget that it's right there on the other side of my town. This huge body of salty water. Can you imagine if it was fresh water? What a recreational spot it would be! Even though that would be fun, I do love its quiet solitude, especially during sundown. It makes me feel peaceful. This photograph is unreal. I absolutely love it. I do love that lake. I remember playing in it's salty sand as a kid. It really is unique. Love the stretched out cloud on the sinking sun, so dreamy.
